We will never share any personally identifiable information with any other person or organization without your explicit written permission.  Your credit card and other billing information will never be shared. 

Exercise and fitness data that are generated as outputs from the program may be used for analysis.  The outputted workouts and calculations may be retrieved, studied, published, or otherwise used by FIT staff to improve the software or advance the mission of the company.  Any outputted data from PROTOGYM will be collected and used anonymously and cannot be linked back to any individual.

Cookies

Like many websites, we use "cookies". Cookies are small programs that we transfer to your hard drive that allow us to recognize you and verify your access to the system. Cookies are required to use the PROTOGYM software.  If you have cookies disabled in your web browser, the software will not operate properly or at all.

Other Information

Every computer has an IP (Internet Protocol) address. IP addresses of computers used to visit this site are noted. In addition, we automatically collect other information such as email addresses, browser types, operating systems, and the URL addresses of sites clicked to and from this site.  This information is tracked in order to maintain and improve the overall security, functionality, and operation of the website and software.

Customized Experience

We use your information to better serve you by providing a customized software experience. The information provided within PROTOGYM is relevant to the operation of the software.  The information you provide allows for a customized fitness experience tailored to your needs.

Agents

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, and processing credit card payments. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

Special Offers

We may send you special offers from time to time, unless you choose to "opt-out" of receiving such offers. In addition, we may also send you special offers from other companies. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
