Billing Policy
PROTOGYM is a subscription-based service for which you are prepaying for service. Billing for the service occurs monthly or annually depending upon the subscription you select upon enrollment. The date you sign-up (such as the 15th) is known as your anniversary date. When billed, you are paying for the next month's or year's worth of service from your anniversary date. When the next instance of your anniversary date arrives, you are billed for the next duration of service until you cancel. If you are on a monthly subscription, you will be billed every month on your anniversary date. If you are on a yearly subscription, you will be billed each year on your anniversary date.
Credit card subscriptions - If you are paying via debit/credit card and your card is declined, you will receive an email from PROTOGYM informing you of a problem. The problem may be insufficient funds, expired card, or other reasons that prevented your subscription from automatically renewing. If the card is declined, PROTOGYM will automatically try to process the card again 3 days later after the failure. If this reattempt fails, it will try one more time 4 days after the second failure. If this final attempt fails, your subscription will be canceled and expire per the terms of the Cancellation Policy below. To update your credit card and prevent cancellation, log into your PROTOGYM account and select "Update CC info" from the left hand menu on the My Account page.
PayPal subscriptions - If you are managing your subscription via PayPal, all cancellations and billing updates must be done via the PayPal website.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time, and there are no cancellation fees or penalties. Once you have canceled, you will not be billed any further for the PROTOGYM service. However, you will be able to continue accessing PROTOGYM up until your subscription's normal monthly renewal date. Upon reaching this date, your access will be disabled. Cancellation may or may not entitle you to a pro-rated refund for your unused service. The policy is:
- Monthly subscription: You will not receive any refund for the unused portion of the month. You will be able to continue using PROTOGYM for the rest of your billing month at no charge. Upon reaching your renewal date, your account will expire and access will be prohibited. For example, if you are billed every month on the 20th and you cancel on the 22nd, your account will remain active until the 19th of the next month and the payment made is non refundable.
- Annual subscription: You will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your service depending on your position within the annual billing cycle. With an annual subscription, cancellations prior to or during the seventh month of service will receive a pro-rated refund calculated using the monthly service rate. Annual subscriptions canceled after the seventh month of service will receive a pro-rated refund using the annual service rate. This is to prevent taking advantage of reduced annual rates by those only desiring just a few months of service. Typically, cancellation refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
Once your current month has expired, you will no longer be able to access PROTOGYM. Your data such as workout/exercise history and virtual gym inventories will be preserved within the system. By keeping your data, you can re-enroll at any time and pick up where you left off. To re-enroll, simply return to the website, log into your account, and subscribe to your desired plan. Upon re-subscription, you will be able to access PROTOGYM again, and all your data will be as you left it. If you wish, you may specifically request for your data to be permanently removed from the system upon cancellation.
