PROTOGYM is an Internet web-based application and runs inside your web browser.  The following system configurations are recommended or required for using PROTOGYM:

• A high-speed Internet connection (cable modem, DSL, etc).  A cellular or dial-up connection is not recommended and could result in poor performance or inability to operate properly.
• Adobe Flash Player version 9.0 or later is required to use PROTOGYM.  (If you do not have Flash on your computer, you may install it from here.)
• A monitor resolution of at least 1024x768 pixels is recommended.  PROTOGYM will operate at lower resolutions but all content may not fit on the screen, requiring you to scroll to see more.
• Javascript and cookies must be enabled in your browser.  (Some users disable these items for privacy or security concerns, but they must be enabled for PROTOGYM to operate.)
• A modern generation computer (less than a few years old) with sufficient memory and CPU is recommend for optimal performance.  PROTOGYM will work on older or slow computers but performance may be slower.

PROTOGYM will run on any modern web browser such Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.  PROTOGYM will operate on any computer operating system - such as Windows, Macintosh, or Linux - as long as the above browser requirements are met.
