History

PROTOGYM retains a complete history of all your workouts and exercises. All this data is saved indefinitely in PROTOGYM for you to refer to back at any time. By reviewing your history, you’re able to see how you’ve been progressing in particular areas or exercises. For workouts, you’ll be able to see the big picture of how you’ve been advancing – your total work, power, and intensity are all tracked. For individual exercises and families of exercises, you can review your load, height, and distance progress over time. Also, your assessment history – weight and fitness level – are available for tracking too.
