PROTOGYM small group personal training sessions are offered at various times throughout the day on a regular schedule. Session sizes are kept small so that you can receive personal attention not found in larger group classes. Each class is led by a highly accredited coach. Additionally, we offer an unlimited membership that allows you to attend as many sessions as you want!
